PRODUCTION
MATERIAL
For the poster material , we are finding some old photo which can compare old Hong Kong and Nowadays HongKong.For the prototype , we choose the photo taking in Sham Shui Po Tai Po Road. The building looks same , but the transportation system has a great change.
Last but not least , we think a EggWaffles picture to be the key visual of the poster.
MESSAGE
In this poster , the old and new version photo are mixing. It reveals the time change of
Hong Kong. The EggWaffles is putting in the middle of the poster .We wants to create a changeable feeling for the EggWaffles. So we add some effect on the paper bag colour.
Brown colour represents the history meaning of EggWaffles .White colour represents the modern Hong Kong and nowadays.
For slogan part , we try to add the traditional Chinese words on the poster .(窮陣變,變則通).The meaning is that ,When we face the problem , we can transfer our shape and find solution .Then , we will find a new method and a survival way. Then ,we add the English version slogan "WE ARE KEEP UP WITH THE TIMES".
Final
Finally , we are choosing a different version of EggWaffles Poster.
This poster has use four HongKong photo which represent different period of Hong Kong.
Pure White Logo is matching the nature of eggs.White colour has the meaning of life and origin.Then we add a time line on the background .It visualise the concept of "time goes by".
