Born in Hong Kong in 1992, Flow Tam obtained his high diploma in Creative Media(interactive media stream) from Hong Kong Design Institute,Hong Kong.He is studying media degree from Coventry University, Britain, which target graduate in the summer of 2020.

He started in HKFYG Media 21  from 2014. His post is a media assistant.His production areas are youth centre  event such as seminar, awards ceremony. He focused on on event highlight video and seminar review video.The main service targets are The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups and its partnership.

After absorbing the experience of production, he applied the post Multi-Designer Assistant in 2016.He started to develop his skills of graphic design and motion graphic.He had participated in multiple M21 video projects like travel program “M21 The Young Travellers”, which design the related graphics and intro animation.

Apart from the Media 21 inhouse production, Flow took part projects from official department.The projects included TV Announcements in the Public Interest(API), micro movie production, short video competition.The service targets included Narcotics Division, Security Bureau,Office for Film, Newspaper and Article Administration.

Inspired by Hideaki Anno, Flow would like to contribute his expertise in the animation film industry.Especially the  detailed mechanical modelling and the presenting of psychological descriptions are the element to attract Flow interest .His favourite science fiction movie of Hideaki Anno are ”Evangelion” and “Godzilla”.It cause his wish to become animator and present his idea through animation.
